Now in its third year, the Niseko Hirafu Green Park is the perfect place to enjoy sunny summer afternoons. With a spacious lawn area, easygoing outdoor activities, and weekend events like live performances and outdoor movie screenings, it’s a relaxed and welcoming space for all ages.
This year’s theme is “Play as if living with nature, Summer in Niseko.” Through seasonal local flavours and warm community connections, it’s a chance to rediscover the best of summer in Niseko.
The event takes place at Hirafu Kogen Central Park, with a full calendar of summer happenings to enjoy.

Stay cool and enjoy Niseko's famous snow this summer. Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu brings back its popular "Summer Snow Fun" event from last year!
Perfect for both kids and adults, relive the feeling of winter by riding small sleds, building snowmen, or simply having fun in the snow.
Water-resistant or slip-resistant shoes, a light jacket and gloves are recommended for comfort and safety while exploring the snow area.

A highlight of the season, the Hirafu Matsuri brings the summer to a close with vibrant community spirit and festive energy. It’s one of Niseko’s signature summer events, drawing both locals and visitors each year.
Enjoy live music, local food trucks and stalls, family-friendly games and entertainment, and even a traditional taiko drum performance showcasing Hokkaido’s cultural heritage.
The night ends in spectacular fashion with a fireworks display lighting up the summer sky, a perfect finale to a weekend of celebration.
