HTM is one of the largest property manager and employers in Niseko, managing over 1,500 pillows in over 750 bedrooms; 350 units throughout more than 40 buildings. In addition to its hotel brands Skye Niseko, Ki Niseko, and Niseko Central, HTM manages GoSnow ski school, SkyExpress transport services, wellness facilities Ryko Spa and Ki Spa, YamaSport premium rentals, and F&B restaurants An Dining and Kumo Restaurant.

Opened in December 2014, Ki Niseko is a stand-alone hotel 96-room condo hotel with onsen and restaurant, An Dining. Ki Niseko was the winner of World Ski Award's Japan's Best Boutique Ski Hotel award five years in a row from 2018-2022 and boats popularity from both international and domestic Guests year round.

Front Desk
As the face of the Ki Niseko, it is the Front Desk Team's job to provide excellent hospitality service to exceed guest expectations.

Concierge
The Concierge team help Guests make the most of their holiday by assisting them with activity and service bookings.

Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant helps our Guests feel welcomed and looked after from their arrival to their departure.

Overnight Front Desk
The Overnight Front Desk team prepares for the coming day and deals with anything that occurs overnight.
