Using material from the native Japanese lacquer tree, Urushi, which is commonly used to make miso soup bowls, Nozomi-san channels supernatural powers, expresses inner feelings and deals with double meanings through her art.
The Urushi artworks complement the restaurant atmosphere and ambiance making this a not-to-be-missed free exhibition for art-lovers.
Watanabe Nozomi also exhibits her works at Sapporo Sousei Square.
When: 28 Jul - 28 Sep
Where: An Dining at Ki Niseko
