In addition, the will be formal dinners on three of the nights, at which local SME directors will give talks on their businesses and leadership lessons.

Andrew Geddes Pty Ltd is a management consulting, training and benchmarking company with over 35 years’ experience.

"The interaction with other MD's was fantastic...I learnt a lot about my leadership strengthsand blind spots that need improvements. The skiing in small groups allowed us to practice some of the leadership skills discussed in the classroom sessions...and the dinners were memorable!!!"

Stephen Noble, MD, SJN Chartered Accountants, Adelaide, South Australia

"Being a better leader involves constant learning and listening with your team. Skiing in new conditions with a small group was a mirror for all of us. Discussions on our businesses that followed was stimulating too. All in all, a great week."

Terry Donnelley, MD, CLL civil engineering contractors, Auckland, NZ
