Ride the 2017 Niseko Classic this Summer

Challenge yourself this summer in Niseko with the 4th Niseko Classic on in July. It's the second year the international cycling event has been officially recognised as a part of UCI Grand Fondo World Series.

Held in Niseko on July 8th and 9th, 2017, the annual road cycling race sees riders enjoy closed roads, clean air and spectacular vistas, with two race categories to choose from: 140km or 70km.

The 140km course features a 2,362m vertical challenge, leading riders up the beautiful Panorama Line, then out by the Sea of Japan and back to Hirafu-Niseko.

A 70km race is also available, providing a shorter race (1,125m vertical difference) and also finishing together at Hirafu Resort. The course is also open to a women-only race.

The Niseko Classic also provides one of a few opportunities in Asia for bicycle enthusiasts to qualify for the 2017 UCI Gran Fondo World Championship race in Albi, France.

Not only is the Niseko Classic a great way to push your physical limits and kick new goals, but it's also a great way to meet like-minded people from around the world and to experience Niseko in a truly special way.
