Niseko in winter is a destination full of fun and wonder, no matter your age. Whether you're 6 or 60, there's something for everyone. We're put together some of the top activities the entire family can enjoy, both on and off the snow. Here's eight ideas to get you on your way.

On-Snow

Skiing and Snowboarding

Niseko's most famous winter activities: Skiing and snowboarding. Fast-track your families learning with ski lessons and kids ski lessons are perfect for parents wanting to have some free time to ski while their child can learn from the help of the professionals.

Suitable for ages 3 and up.

Snowshoeing

Looking to enjoy something other than skiing or snowboarding in Niseko? Try a snowshoe tour. Enjoy a private tour with a gentle hike through the forest in specially designed snowshoes and make your way towards a crater lake at the foot of Mt. Yotei. Ride a snowslide down to the frozen and snowfilled Lake Hangetsu.

Snowmobiling

Try something different with a ride on a snowmobile; it's a great way to enjoy the local scenery and it's a lot of fun! Plus, you can also ride on a banana boat (inflatable) towed by a snowmobile.
