Enjoy a scenic ride from New Chitose Airport to the Niseko-Hirafu Welcome Center by public coach
The public coach offers a scenic and affordable mode of transport between New Chitose Airport and the Hirafu Welcome Center.
Please note that the summer public coach departs from and arrives at the Domestic Terminal only.
Guests who book their public coach transfer through Ki Niseko will receive a complimentary pick-up from the Hirafu Welcome Center.

Arrival Transfers
Bus departure from New Chitose Airport must be at least 45 minutes after domestic flight arrival or 90 minutes after international flight arrival. Please go to the meeting point 15 min prior to your departure.Departure Transfers
Bus arrival at New Chitose Airport must be at least 60 minutes prior to domestic flights and 120 minutes prior to international flights. Hirafu Welcome Center is the closest bus stop to Ki Niseko (about 500m from the hotel).- Infants under 3 years are free of charge if they travel on the lap of an adult. When completing the online booking form, please include them in the 'Number of Infants on lap'. Otherwise, if you would like them to have their own seat, please purchase a child ticket.

Terms
- This booking service is exclusive to Ki Niseko accommodation guests.
- Bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of travel. Guests are encouraged to book as early as possible, as availability is limited.
- The coach will not wait for passengers who have not arrived in time for their departure. Please ensure you allow enough time to arrive for your being at the prescribed time. Ki Niseko/Resort Liner are not responsible for monitoring your flight time.
- Guests arriving on delayed flights will be put on the next available coach where possible. Where flights are delayed and guests miss the last coach, or where guests are delayed/miss the coach for reasons other than delayed flights (e.g. missed flight), 100% cancellation fee applies. Guests must consult their airline or travel insurance company for compensation. Ki Niseko is under no obligation to provide any replacement service as a result of flight delays or cancellations.
- Depending on road/weather conditions, a transfer may be delayed or cancelled. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee. Ki Niseko/Resort Liner not responsible for missed flights or plans under inevitable circumstances. No refunds can be provided.
- Changes and amendments are considered as cancellation and rebooking.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against cancellations caused by delayed, missed or cancelled flights.
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid services by this due date without notice.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 40% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 4 days of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 72 hours of the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking, time/date changes and no shows
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against cancellations from delayed or cancelled flights. In the case of a cancellation/no show due to delayed or cancelled flights, 100% cancellation charge applies.
