Available daily, in-accommodation babysitting allows you to make the most of Niseko while knowing your little ones are cared for!
In-Accomodation Babysitting Service
Travelling with young children takes a little extra planning, and we are here to help! Our local Niseko Kids Club provides professional caregivers, so you can rest assured your little ones are enjoying their holiday just as much as you.
Your babysitter will arrive with age-appropriate activities, both inside Ki Niseko and outside in the snow (weather permitting), including arts and crafts, educational games, toys, and books for entertainment. Your children will receive tailored care based on your individual needs, ensuring they remain stimulated in the comfort of your room.
All other items including food, snacks, money for food and snacks, nappies, bottles, clothes, etc. should be provided by the parent and routines explained when meeting the babysitter. Check-out the available rental selection to make your travels easier.
How does it work?
After confirming your booking, we will provide you with a questionnaire from our supplier to gather more information regarding your child and their needs, as well as any special requests you may have.
Between 7-1 days prior to your booking, we will provide you with a profile of your allocated babysitter for your knowledge.
Within 3-1 days of your booking, your allocated babysitter will contact you to introduce themselves.
Your allocated babysitter will then meet you at Ki Niseko, either in the lobby or at your room for your booking. Babysitters will come prepared with age-appropriate activities, and for any additional requests that have been confirmed.
Last-minute extensions: Subject to babysitter availability. Extension hours will be charged in 30 minute increments which will be updated in your booking cost.
Babysitter to child ratio: 1:4 (varies with age, time, and needs). Maximum 2 kids under 2 years of age and younger per babysitter

- All caregivers are CPR/First Aid certified (infant training for infant specialists), and at the very minimum, 2 years professional experience with children
Communication Portal
Babysitters will utilise an informative mobile app called Daily Connect to keep parents up-to-date with their child's day while they're away. As soon as an event is saved, it is immediately synchronised on the parent's account, meaning you have access in real time.
Additionally, at the end of each day, parents will receive a detailed email listing the events of the day, such as when the child received a bottle, what they ate or drank, when diapers were changed, nap schedules, and any other pertinent information.

Terms
- This is an exclusive booking service to Ki Niseko accommodation guests.
- Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
- Minimum booking time of 3 hours
- Late fees and extensions are charged in increments of 30 minutes
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any unpaid service by this due date.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 72 hours of the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no shows (including but not limited to the reduction in the number of children, hours, days, and change of location).
- Bookings may be cancelled at any time by Niseko Kids Club due to the event of (a) force majeure, (b) in the reasonable opinion of the Niseko Kids Club it is deemed that the booking, or anyone involved in the booking, might damage the reputation of Niseko Kids Club
