Let us know any instructions for your items when you make a booking request and we will do our best to accomodate. Our standard is to place items in your room prior to your arrival, but we are happy to make different arrangements based on your preferences.Make your loved ones feel extra special upon arrival with a beautifully arranged bouquet of flowers! Enjoy them in your room for the duration of your stay.

Terms
- This is an exclusive booking service to Ki Niseko accommodation guests.
- Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance.
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any unpaid service by this due date.
- Cancellation 4 days or less prior to the delivery date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
